Cooper and Thief Cellarmasters Tequila Barrel Aged Sauvignon Blanc

An Artisan Wine Sauvignon Blanc Aged 3 Months In Tequila Barrels. Some winemaking traditions were meant to be broken.

That's why we rested our Bright & Crisp Sauvignon Blanc in Aged Anejo Tequila Barrels.

And when we cracked that barrel open after 3 Months, let's just say we knew pretty quickly that we were on to something Good.

Cooper & Thief Sauvignon Blanc is a Rich wine with hints of Citrus & Spice. Toasty Vanilla flavors and complex Floral aromas. It finishes with a Smooth Mouth Feel reminiscent of a Fine Tequila.
